Shipping
Deliveries In 24/48 Hours
If we have the item in stock, the shipment is made by courier and in parcel delivery, within a period of: 24-48 hours*
If you place your order during a weekend or holiday, it is processed the next business day. If payment is made by bank transfer, the shipment is not made until we receive proof of payment.
FREE SHIPPING FROM €30 ONLY IN THE PENINSULA AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS
Shipping to the Peninsula is completely free on orders totaling a minimum of €30, only in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For orders less than this amount, the shipping costs specified in the shopping cart will be charged.
For the rest of the destinations, in the shopping cart, the website will indicate the shipping cost for the destination/address you indicate.
* Delivery in the Peninsula in 24/48 hours. In the Balearic Islands in 48/72 hours. The rest of the destinations will show the transit when indicating the address.

Returns
In Our Store You Can Return All Products Within 15 Days
If the product does not convince you, we will exchange it or refund your money. We do not want you to be left with a product that does not satisfy you.
You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to make an exchange or return. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Place the item or items you want to return in its original packaging
Download the exchange and returns form here . Attach the complet ed form, protect the package very well so that the product you want to return or exchange does not suffer damage. You now have it ready to send it by the means of transportation you prefer.

Once we receive the package and check that everything is fine, we will send you a confirmation email and we will refund your money immediately.
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless it is an exchange or return due to an error on our part or a damaged or defective product.
We will not accept freight collect shipments.
